Isuzu i-280 Generations
For each major redesign, a vehicle is said to begin a new "generation."
The i-280 comes as an extended-cab with two-wheel drive. It has a capacity greater than 1,500lbs and can tow up to 3.200lbs. It also features automatic on-off headlights, 15-inch aluminum wheels, and a heavy duty suspension. It is powered by a 175 hp 2.8-liter four-cylinder with electronic throttle. It is controlled by a five-speed manual gearbox or a four-speed automatic transmission. It is only available in rear-wheel drive.
