Lexus LS 600h  Generations

Erasing any doubts as to the power potential of hybrid drive systems, the LS 600h comes with a combined 430-hp from its 5.0-liter V8 engine and an electric motor powertrain. This power is sent to all four wheels via an electronically controlled Continuously Variable Transmission. Despite this power, the car is rated as a Super Ultra Low Emissions Vehicle 2. Additionally, the hybrid powertrain results in a drive even quieter and softer than the already quiet Lexus cabin. Sensors and cameras mounted in the front of the car detect obstacles both large and small, warning the driver if a collision is imminent. A steering column mounted camera monitors the driver and sounds a warning chime if the driver is looking away for too long. The LS600h can even be equipped to park itself.
